Fruit Crumble

3-4 cups peaches or plums
2-3 cups cherries
1 cup + 1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tbsp melted butter

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Toss fruit with 1 Tbsp flour and sugar.  Transfer to baking pan.

3. Combine brown sugar, 1 cup flour, salt, and melted butter (or double).  Spread over fruit and pat into place.

4. Bake for 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.  Cook 15 minutes.
