Cheese Sauce with Vegetables

To pour on anything, from broccoli to macaroni

In a saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp butter
Whisk in 2 Tbsp flour, 1/4 tsp mustard powder, 1/4 tsp sea salt
Stir in 1 cup milk, 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, dash of white pepper
