Fruit Parfait

1 pint strawberries
2 cups additional fruit (blueberries, kiwi)
1 cup heavy cream
3 oz cream cheese softened
¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

1. Purée ½ strawberries in blender. Chop the other half

2. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Stir in cream cheese, sugar, and pureed strawberries.

3. Layer cream, berry, cream, berry in parfait glasses.
