Green Beans

1 lb green beans--cooked
Add 1/2 cup hot chicken broth.  Let stand until room temperature.
Add thinly sliced white onions, 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 Tbsp olive oil, kosher salt, pepper.

May be good with some lemon juice.
