Pie Crusts

Really Easy Pie Crust
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. ice water

Mix all the ingredients and press into a 9-inch deep dish pie pan. At first, it may not seem like it's enough dough, but just keep pushing on it and eventually you'll get it up the sides.
