Beef Stew
Ingredients (2 servings):
1/2 lb beef, in pieces
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces
1/2 lb mushrooms, in pieces
1 Onion, minced
Sour cream 2-3 Tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Sunflower oil

Heat oven to 350.
Put beef in bowl with crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in pan.  Brown meat 2-3 minutes per side.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in another pan.  Cook mushrooms 3-5 minutes.  Add salt and minced onion.  Cook 1-2 more minutes.
Lay the potatoes over the beef.  Add salt and water to cover potatoes.  Add mushrooms.  Top with sour cream.
Cook 2 hours.

Apple Pie
Ingredients (4 servings):
5 Apples, sliced
3 Eggs
Sugar 1 cup
Flour 1 cup
Sunflower Oil 1 Tbsp

Beat eggs and sugar with mixer.
Gradually flour
Pour oil into baking tray.  Spread apples evenly.
Pour mixture over apples.  Don’t mix.

Cook 1 hour.
