BBQ Lime Chicken

2/3 cup scallions
2/3 cup chopped shallots
2 Tbsp brown sugar
6 Tbsp lime juice
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp allspice
8 cloves garlic, or 1 Tbsp garlic paste
1 serrano chili
8 chicken thighs
1/2 tsp salt

1.  Preheat grill to med high

2.  Combine onions, shallots, sugar, lime juice, oil, allspice, garlic, and chili.  Blend to a paste.

3.  Mix half the mixture with chicken; sprinkle with salt.

4.  Coat grill with spray.  Grill 5 minutes on each side, or until done.  Brush with remaining sauce.
