2 lbs green beans
olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp oregano
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil over med-low heat until soft.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, and oregano. Simmer 15 minutes
Add green beans and water. Cover and simmer for 45-60 min until tender.
