Spinach Lasagna

1.  Sauce
2.  Cooked lasagna noodles
3.  Filling
4.  Shredded mozzarella
5.  Grated parmesan cheese

Sauce
Crushed tomatoes
Onions
Tomato paste
Dried spices:  basil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper

Filling
Cottage cheese
wheat germ (or grape nuts)
2 eggs
spinach

Starting with the sauce, layer the ingredients in a 9x13 pan in the order above.  On the last layer, use sauce instead of filling.
