(Flourless, Nondairy) Double Chocolate Brownies

2-1/2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (or any melted oil or margarine)
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp non-dairy milk (almond, rice, soy, etc.)
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (dairy-free)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease an 8x8 baking pan.

2.  In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.  In a small bowl, whisk all wet ingredients.  Add to dry ingredients and mix well with electric mixer.

3.  Fold in the chocolate chips (save some for the top) and nuts.  Pour into the pan and spread evenly. Top with chocolate chips.

4.  Bake 20-25 minutes.  Keep in airtight container in refrigerator.
