Curried Cauliflower

1 cauliflower, in bite-size florets
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup mayo (or part mayo, part plain yogurt)
¼ cup milk
2 tsp curry powder
course, toasted breadcrumbs or 12 crackers.
¼ cup melted butter

1.     Preheat oven to 350°.
2.     Steam cauliflower.  Place in greased casserole dish.
3.     Mix soup, mayo, milk, curry powder together.  Pour on cauliflower.
4.     Mix breadcrumbs and butter.  Sprinkle on top.

5.     Bake 30 minutes.
